My name is Nicole, and I am so happy you are here. I first started this blog as a prospective genetic counseling student in 2019. I documented my application journey and brief tales of grad school on this blog until mid-2020. Since taking a hiatus, I have completed my training and currently practice as a clinical genetic counselor. I hope to continue to share my experiences as a queer and non-White genetic counselor, and hold space for any and all prospective students that find their way here. Thank you for being here.
